Great place, everything is within walking distance. Team are super welcoming and helpful and speak good English. You’ll find activities each evening and it´s a good way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s very minor. Good value for the money!

Assuming that you are travelling to Rynoltice you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.

I have stayed for three days with my spouse. Beds were being cozy and the space was constantly clean. The staff were very useful and friendly and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel at least all along our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff at the reception were there at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel were normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Extremely pleasant hotel and terrific location. Unquestionably will endorse this place!
